Posting from the iPad. Learning something new

while I am not happy about my MacBook spinny  wheel thingy issues almost one year past the date
of my spillage .......I am delighted to see I can post with an image after all, .....I think

- am switching between sock work on size one needles and cowl work on 10s.  Or noro versus wandering cat yarn

-am waiting for the release of movie documentary 20 feet from stardom in January......looks fabulous. A sun dance recommendation

-am enjoying extra days off as float pool is slow in January
Just like last year

-am forcing myself to workout on the eliptical.    Or icky liptical as I refer to it

-am enjoying Firemans new found freedom and better sleep habits already!

-am trying to see what my men in the house see so fabulous about hd t v. I don't see it yet........do you?

Oh yeah ......love HDTV. We went from a 32" regular old tv to a 60" high def a few weeks ago. WOW! LOVE IT! (especially for sports). Gee --- ya think maybe that's why GUYS love it? LOL

I'm doing the switchy thing too ---- Size 8 for my blanket to 1-1/2s for my socks. After knitting on the blanket for awhile, those sock needles feel mighty tiny! LOL

Glad fireman is reaping the benefits of retirement-----normal sleep patterns.

Whoa...your blog site looks completely different! And how did you get an animated photo of snow falling in the trees. It's beautiful!! You're knitting AND working out?? Good girl!! Well, I have to admit that the channels on TV that I get in HD are fabulous. You can see so much more detail, and the focus is sharp; I love it. The movie documentary sounds very interesting...let us know more.

No more TV for me - I cut the cable in October and don't miss it a bit. I do, however, enjoy streaming movies and documentaries through Roku.

I'm toying with the idea of getting an iPad. I know they are wonderful, compact, and very portable, but I just can't make the plunge.

I agree with you on the HD thing. I don't get it. The Mister swears by it but I hate seeing things in that much clarity. It's creepy.

I don't see the wonderfulness of HD TV either, but I don't watch much either. I do love my iPad, but have never blogged from it. I'm still hoping - yet again - that my next computer will be a Macbook...

We have HD TV's all over, it is a guy thing. I was happy with my big old honking TV, that weighed two tons. I am switching back to the dreaded African Flower baby blanket. I am making myself finish it before I can do another thing.
Hugs,
Meredith
