May I Recommend?

May I suggest a few good things on this pretty Winter morning?
This is the best lotion for cracking skin and sore cuticles.
It is darn expensive though, and you can buy it on the Vermont Country Store website.   Does anyone know of a similar product that works as well?   We are not even a dozen days into January and our hands hurt.
We bought a Bose speaker for our anniversary.
We have been using Fireman's speakers since our high school days.
The sound is wonderful and it is blue tooth worthy.
That means we can play music off our phones or our computers and the speaker will play from it. (like magic)
Al would highly recommend this champagne Vinaigrette,
from Trader Joes.
This little book of Cowls and Capelets from my library has some wonderful ideas.  I recommend the eye candy if you need some inspiration.

Finally, Karen and Kathy C highly recommended Noble Knits blog for easy fun patterns.

What do you recommend ?

I actually use foot lotion on my hands when things get rough: Heel by soak. I keep at by my bed side.

I've been known to put Aquaphor on before I go to sleep for really bad spots, or blemishes or owwies...

We are fans of the Newman's Balsamic Vinagrette. It's The Kid's favorite.

In the world of instant coffee, I have discovered Starbucks VIA Vanilla Latte, for those of us who like a little cream and too much sugar. but um, the cream which has 2g of saturated fat also = 15% Calcium. See how I just did the justification match? And this way I don't have to keep milk at work ...

I recommend lots of laughing for the last bit of the work week. and Happy Knitting!

I love the Vermont Country Store. Right now my hands are a mess-so chapped and dry they hurt. The puppy bites aren't helping either.
I recommend Crystal Hot Sauce. I've been putting it on everything in an effort to warm up my insides. Now I need to find an ice cream that it would work on.

I recommend Bag Balm. I don't know about hands, but rubbed into cracked heels and hidden by cotton socks, the healing begins. Blistex anti-aging lip stuff is doing its job too.

For cracked hands and heels, I recommend No Crack from Duluth Trading. It's amazing stuff.

I recommend Extra Virgin Olive oil. It works wonders on cracked hands and heels. Sounds weird but it really does work.

I like the Neutrogena hand cream. Evan uses super glue in his cracks on his fingers to stop the pain... sounds crazy, but it works. ;) STAY WARM!! blessings ~ tanna
