Moving Right Along

Pie is practicing for her audition as a reindeer….
she did not want to sit by the pillow for a picture.

The Santa pillow came from our local craft fair.
10 dollars.
Adorable, I say.

Now comes the time I must focus on the vest shaping and v neck.
I plan to put on some instrumental Holiday music and
pay attention.
Maybe I'll play your favorite Christmas song,
do you have one?
(I love the song STILL STILL STILL)

I'll Be Home For Christmas is my favorite, it always makes me cry. Good luck with the shaping.

Mine is "Oh Come Oh Come Emmanuel" which I guess is an advent song.

It's hard for me to choose a favorite, but I do love "In the Bleak Midwinter."

My favorite standard is "O, Holy Night," and my favorite "modern" one is "Please Come Home for Christmas."

Silent Night is my all-time favorite but I will probably listen to Carol Of The Bells and sing along, many many times over the next month!

Love the pillow! Red, white and black buttons. They speak for themselves--Merry Christmas!

Love the blur as Pie takes her leave.

Favorites:

O, Holy Night and Mary Did You Know are two of my favorites.

Too many favorites to select just one: Silver Bells, I Heard the Bells, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, O Holy Night, and the list goes on and on. I love classic carols and love to sing along: I know multiple verses for each.

Love that pillow. What a great idea.
My favorite Christmas song? Hmmm....I do love the Bare Naked Ladies version of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" but I have to say that I am a real sucker for Band Aid's " Do They Know it's Christmas". Takes me right back to 1984. David Bowie and Bing Crosby's "Little Drummer Boy" makes me cry as does Micheal Buble's "My Grownup Christams List" and Faith Hill's.....now see what you started!

geez, on instinct I want to say Silent Night, but I may change my mind tomorrow.

That's one speedy kitty! We just sang a great collection of carols called, "Christmas Flourish," it might be on a CD somewhere....
