Sunday Finds

#1  Sockknitters.com gives a Heels by Numbers Chart that I find fabulous.  Find your correct cast on number and it gives you the heel turn perfectly.
#2 I think I must make some new kitty beds for our house.  I know how to make these, but what to stuff them with???

#3 Rosalyn started a senility supplement this week.  Senelife. We actually see an improvement in her behavior.

#4
I am still waiting for my Knitpicks order.
I sent them an old fashioned check.  This
really delayed the delivery.  However,
I won't have any hacking issues this way...
hopefully it arrives tomorrow.

#5
Have you seen the new postage stamps with Bicycles on them?  I had to buy them for Fireman.

#6
Finally, my favorite Farmer's Market is back for the season.
If you live near me, it is the Northfield farmers market on Happ across from New Trier HS.
There were radishes everywhere,
strawberries and asparagus too.

Happy Sunday!  Im so happy to be off weekends, even if I have a little cold to contend with.  Im' feeling much better today.

Happy Sunday and glad you are feeling better!! I love a farmers' market! I'm having trouble finding cherries this year. Everywhere I go they tell me cherries are not in season, but they have them at the farmers' market and the price is better too.

Please share the link for the Heels by Numbers chart. I searched the website and cannot find it.

Glad to hear you are feeling better.

You can stuff the kitty beds with plastic, grocery bags.

I like the Northfield Farmers Market too.
They always had the best flowers. I do not know if they are still having flowers.
We go to a farmers market a time or two each season.

You should possibly go to the Wilton Tent sale too. http://www.wilton.com/events/index.cfm

So glad you are better! I looked for the heel turn chart, and can't seem to locate it on sockknitters.com
It seems one link leads to another link, and to another link, etc.

If it is not too much trouble, would you please post a link to where this is located? It would be most helpful!

I have been using Paypal at Knit Picks without an issue-although getting my password to be accepted on the Knit Picks website so I can place an order has been an ordeal. They seem to be taking security very serious over there these days which I suppose is a good thing.
I've got a dog bed just like those only square and I put an Ikea cushion in it. The dogs love it although it is a little warm for this time of the year.

I've been nervous about ordering from Knit Picks again. Maybe a check would be the best way to go if I am not under a time constraint.

Sock knitting... One day, I will bite the bullet. However now, I think I just need to have some quality time knitting. Ah the summer farmer's market ... Red and Green and tasty all over. Glad you're feeling better.

It's amazing how long it takes when you go the old fashioned way!! Snail mail, checks clearing, more snail mail. We have gotten spoiled with the speed!!! Hope it comes soon!

I too use PayPal for KnitPicks. It just seems easier.

And I love farmers' markets! I need to find a good one near me, though. I moved away from the one I used to go to.
