Let the Season Begin

A time for Beatles to roll in the fresh cut grass

A time for glorious flowering irises

A time for American flags of all shapes and sizes

and a time for cold pasta salads and grilling.

Not to mention:

porch knitting
car trip knitting
picnic knitting
vacation knitting
sitting in the car with the windows rolled down knitting
dock knitting
pier knitting
beach knitting
lawn chair knitting

hammock knitting
pontoon boat knitting
and even
firework knitting....

Happy SUMMERTIME we deserve this!

Hope you have a wonderful extended weekend!!

I plan to knit in a lot of places this weekend. I was planning on knitting on the back patio with the misters on this evening but a huge rain storm came along so I am knitting to the pitter pat of the rain drops and the garden is singing in the rain!

I'll grab my knitting bag and be over to knit with you on the porch.

I still can't believe your cat puts up with a leash ... ours used to act like Gollum tied up with elven rope if we put a leash on them.

Happy all kinds of fresh-air knitting! :)

I could share your joy if it hadn't been near freezing last night. Oh well. Makes for nice dog walks.

Sounds like perfect ways to knit, can I come and spend the summer with you?

No more porch knitting for me for a few months. Too hot. Too humid.

The yarn just won't slip through my fingers this time of year.

Bring on WINTER! LOL

(Guess we lived flipped lives -- you knit summer. I knit winter.)

How did you teach Beatles to walk on a leash??? Going to give it a try with our next kitty. Thanks for reading, commenting and sharing.

Where did you get your kitty leash? I looked for one last time I was at the pet supply store, and didn't see any.
