Saturday and its March....

Lake Michigan was wild as a Lion on the first day of March.
I'm going to love March this year.  Usually I don't like it at all.
I get to see my girl in March 2013!
Easter is at the end of March!

Im thinking of making this sweater...for Beatles......

AL's Nathan sent this image to her.....along with the caption that read,  "The cat got his meds today, no problems...."
I love a man with humor.   Al's out of town and Nathan is holding down their fort.

I cast on anew Thursday.  I'm knitting a shawl and I'm going to modify the pattern to include a ruffled edge.   I'll show it to you soon, but right now its just a teeny baby newly cast on thing...

HAPPY SATURDAY.
Happy March
Happy Knitting today.

Nathan's photo is a hoot!

I'll check out the adopt a soldier link.

March came in like a lamb here so I am sure the lion will roar throughout the month.

It was a bit chilly yesterday. I guess today it is supposed to be as well.
Have a good weekend knitting.

I got a good chuckle from Nathan's photo and message!! Isn't that the truth! Been there.

Sweater looks so cute. Should be a fun knit.

I'll look forward to seeing the pictures of the latest knitting project as it progresses!

Are you SURE Nathan was teasing? I've tried to give a cat a pill. You COULD end up looking like that. LOL

Love the adopt a solider idea. Let me get through this month, and maybe I can commit?

Love the Nathan photo/story. Gretchen is rather like a cat when it comes to meds...

March came in cold and rumor has it we'll have over a foot of snow before the week is out.

Beatles is the coolest name. I'm putting it on my short list for the next pet. Thanks for the read and the comment.

Too funny! Cats are no fun the play nurse to-dogs either for that matter.

I've adopted a soldier, too. I find myself, every time I'm in a store now, looking for things that I could send to him.
Pretty colours in those two yarns, Kathy. I've started a sweater for myself, just a plain pullover with some wool that has been in the stash for a couple of years!
