Super Bowl Sunday

Snowman weather

This has got to be the best day of winter to take a walk.
I could smell people grilling by 11 a.m.
The wonderful smells of meat, sausage, and hotdogs clearly met my nose on this very chilly morning.

I'll be knitting my blanket during the Game.

What will you be knitting during the GAME?

I'll be knitting on my green wrap/cardi thing. The Knight is resting up, otherwise known as napping.

I am going to be sewing this evening because I do not like football. I hope to finish a Quilt of Valor (or two) this evening.

I decided to reorganize my craft room instead of stitching/knitting.

I think a trip to Goodwill is in my future.

No knitting here. I was chewing my fingers nails because I could have won first place in the football pool. Sigh....as it is I tied for 1st splitting the pot with my new daughter in law. Not bad-but I am not doing this next year. Too much pressure!

I worked on simple socks and the border of my shawl. Slowly crawling along - after picking out a bunch this morning because of a very visible error. g

I didn't knit anything during the game. :( I was at a friend's house for a party, and there was too much socializing (with drink in hand) for my knitting to appear. I know, weird, right?

I did a row of my ripple, but went to bed early as it is a long week.

I added a couple of inches of lace knitting on my Metaliza Scarf. But then, during the 2nd half of the game, when it started to get really exciting...I had to pick up the shawl sweater and knit on that...so that if I needed to literally stop and watch, I would still know where I was in the knitting pattern! The black-out gave me some more focused knitting time, but the game turned out to have an exciting finish.
