Love those ice globes! The only ice we've seen here is on rinks that spend millions to keep it frozen. Great list. I have to agree with going veggie, I went from veggie to vegan this year and what a difference giving up dairy made. I fell of the wagon over the holidays but as soon as the last cookie is gone (!) I going back-at least until next Christmas.

So many wonderful bests. My favorite is the basil. I am now growing herbs (basil among them) in our breakfast nook window. They grow so fast that I have to clip them every two or three days.

And Al falling in love--how wonderful is that? Best wishes to Al and Nathan. May love grow strong for them!!

Your ice globes are so cute!!

I like your recap! I wish I could layer my hair. It's so thin, there's just not enough there even when I try to tease it. SIGH!

I agree that the ice globes are wonderful - such an unexpected touch of color.

Isn't it fun to revisit the projects and events of the year. Your list is wonderful.

What fun, Kathy...I just got caught up with your holiday posts and enjoyed each! My youngest daughter has been off night shift for two months now, and is very glad although she misses the wonderful night crew staff she worked with. You have accomplished a lot of knitting this past year! Bravo! You encourage me to complete more projects in 2013 :) Happy New Year!
