Try Sandra Lee's Semi Homemade Pumpkin Pancakes.
She basically takes your average pancake mix, and adds 1/3 cup of canned pumpkin, 2/3 cup water, and some cinnamon. (I added an egg too)
YUM!! Next time I'll add pecans too.
They were delicious and oh so easy.
