Not Another Shawlette
Well, yes it is another shawlette. Life IS Good Pattern has taken over my knit life.....A great friend commented she loved the colors, so it's hers when I finish. I did knit something else over the weekend, while at the movies.
I had a feeling I couldn't sit still for a whole movie without needles in my hands. I dug out some big fat needles and some acrylic bulky for the job. I know this is cheating. I knit a 2x2 rib mini blanket for the kittens, Elaine and Babka. It is not like I knit lace in a dark theatre.....
We saw Dark Shadows. It was very fun. Pure entertainment.
I was in a stupor by sundown last night...the post night shift stupor. But, the light was pretty so I crawled off the couch and took some pictures in my yard. Hence, the Columbine. I love how all their little heads are in unison facing the sunset.
Todays Ten on Tuesday is my own: Ten Things I Knit Over and Over:
1. socks
2. Life is Good Shawlette
3. Baby hats: HEy go see Chan's post today...she knit my made up pattern!
4. Cowls
5. Ribbed Baby blankets
6. Dishcloths
7. Raglan seamless sweaters.
8. Shawls
9. Big gauge afgans
10. Hats for my son. 1 8.

Whoa, 18 hats!? That's lucky :) What, does he lose them?
Wish my son would wear hats. . .
PS I don't knit lace in a dark theatre either --just garter stitch!
Wish I could peel hats from my son's head! I think he becomes very attached to them. There's never a time when he doesn't have hat hair. lol
Okay, the next thing you knit I am claiming right now to "love the colors". Hint, hint!

P.S. Thank you for those NICE words about my soaps! :-)))

YOU are too funny...you just might get surprised this year!
I love your list.
Knit what you love! That's all that matters. It's a hobby, not a job, right?
Pretty - and love your list! I got over here via Chan and was hoping I might find that adorable newborn hat pattern she just knit... help?
LOVE that color!!!
Knitting in a movie theater! I'm impressed.
Socks and dishcloths for me.
But, now I can add afghan to that list. I started a king-size afghan this morning.
Kathy, I just saw you cap on Chan's blog. I make lots of baby things for charity and am always looking for a new pattern. I'd love to try your hat. Is the pattern available?

Columbines are one of my very favoritest flowers. Great shawl color!
Do you remember the Dark Shadows series on television?
Columbine is one of my favorites....and I love that it surprises us year after year, popping up in a new place in a new color!
