I am so happy to have the macbook back and running. I was edgy crabby unsure why for the last few days.... I gave it considerable thought, even got on the bike to workout... Started reading Martha's Beck's Joy Diet Book, took a long nap but to no avail and then POOF, as soon as we had the macbook running again and I could Post, I felt this ....relief... this connection to you guys. To your posts and mine. All is right with my world. The image.....well The Lion was magnificent at Lincoln Park Zoo on Tuesday. Why it took us over 2 years to get to the zoo which is a mile from Zach's University...I"ll never know. As cat crazy as I am and will admit unabashadly, I love the BIG CATS at the zoo. They are so much like our housecats to me. On that note, Lionbrand has a winner of a pattern that I am going to try. The Tweed Stripes Marble Cowl. It is a winner because someone finally designed a cowl that hugs your neck. Most cowls are lovely, but leave me cold.... Seems it is only a matter of working some ribbing for 1 1/2 inches and then changing to st st for 11 inches. It sounds easy too, and I'm all about easy successful knits. I am knitter hear me ROAR (I have not mastered the punctuation and paragraphs in the new BLOGGER format. Very sorry If this all comes out as one paragraph....anyone else having this issue?)

Nive lion photo! What version of blogger are you trying? I was using a new one recently that made me crazy. Posting photos was really difficult. As soon as the ? do you want to switch back appeared, I did, but even what came back was quite a bit different. Crazy, eh? Hope you're feeling lots better now!

I'm a Leo, so I love lions. They are amazing creatures.

Sometimes, I have difficulty with paragraphs on blogger, too. I switched back to the original format, and things are better.

Glad to hear that your world is back on an even keel.

I understand how you feel about your Mac problems. We were without the DSL for two days last week. It was horrible!

The lion is beautiful but my favorite zoo animal is the polar bear.

I haven't had a problem with blogger but I write in Word then copy and paste. It has been working so far but having said that it will all fall apart the next time I post!

SHEESH! I understand your frustration with Blogger. I gave up on it about a year ago and use Windows Live Writer, a free program that is so much easier to use for posting. Of course, that probably won't do for a Mac.

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. I'm Making Bunny Rabbits

  These are the one square bunnies .  They are a free pattern on Rave1ry.  I'm bunny making to force spring to come.  I'm a1so taking it easy on my hands again.  The med we tried did keep my hands from shaking, but it was a med for a med. and that's crazy town.  I can contro1 a hook much better than need1es.  It wi11 have to suffice for now.  I'm enjoying your b1ogs and your Spring.  This time of year I so want to 1ive in a southern state.  But this Spring is a new one for me and I'm going to find a way to 1ove it.   IT may have just gotten to 50.   Degrees.  I have to run.  There's very ear1y yardwork to do.   The birds have 1eft a rotten mess of sunf1ower she11s under the feeders.  I hope it is not frozen!  Have you been switching things up in your neck of the woods?   I haven't forgotten you, b1og pa1s.  I 1ove seeing you on Instagram .

Do You Smile When You Knit???

I am pretty sure I smile when I knit.  I'm going to think about that today when I pick up the baby blanket in progress.  I am also pretty sure I cry when I knit; well, not really.  I have shed some tears over the years but they were way back.  I surely scowl when I drop a stitch.   A time lapse of knitters' faces would be interesting enough .... Tank, aka Helo, is starting to smile around here.  Just look into those aqua eyes......they make me smile all the time. He is half Siamese and all gorgeous.
