Purple Cauliflower, Blue Cheese

Farmer's Market Images for today's post. I'd like a Yarn colorway in Blue Cheese. I love those colors.

*I hit my 8000th comment yesterday. Katherine of Comfortzone, and long time pretend friend, was the lucky person. She wins a prize from an Etsy site that I picked just for her. It is a surprise so I won't say what it is just yet..

*I'm on the last skein of pink/coral suede. It is lovely. I don't know how to FINISH it off though. Fireman says fringe would overwhelm it's delicate look. Any ideas? It needs something to finish the edging....

*The kittens are uber adorable. Little Beatles is still oddly small, but is right there with his pride and very much a member of the team.

*Porch weather is outstanding. I am off this weekend from work. If I do nothing other than sleep tonight at a normal hour, it will be relished as vacation. It already is.

*I bought gluten free potatochip pretzel cookies today at the farmer's market... does this mean I fell off the no potato chip wagon??? Do chime in please

Maybe a little ruffle? Just several rows of increasing every few stitches. Can't wait to see it finished!

Enjoy your super relaxing weekend! Woohoo--no middle of the night working.

sticking with crochet, how about crab stitch all around to give it a nice finish? I do think fringe could look nice.

I've never had purple cauliflower but I love blue cheese.

I agree with a crab or shell stitch border

How does the purple cauliflower taste? I haven't seen it before.
I'm not a fan of blue cheese but I love Ranch dressing!
I think a little ruffle would look good.

Blue cheese makes my world go 'round. I'm guessing the summer heat means the Knight won't be smuggling any back in his suitcase when he goes to Wisconsin...

You know the sound Homer Simpson makes when he sees, or even thinks about, something he'd like to eat? I am making precisely that sound looking at the blue cheese.
