Fastest post in the WEST

I love Stephen West's designs. Someday I'll be brave and knit one. Have you tried his patterns? They look logical and easy to follow. Are they?

The shawl shown is not a West, but I still love it. I found it on Ravelry awhile ago. I think the loops might throw me off. I love how the ends have buttons on them...silver ones.

THis week I plan to shawl knit with the Barking Dog Yarn in Haven. A simple garter shawl.
This week the kittens go up for adoption.
This week Fireman turns 50!

Very pretty shawl. I should try knitting... no mojo though.

Happy birthday fireman!

I knitted Colonnade by Mr. West. I seem to recall one spot of confusion, which I addressed in my notes on my Ravelry project page.

Happy Birthday, Fireman! Won't your house be quiet with no little felines around? Love that shawl; is there a link to the pattern?
That is a lovely shawl. I haven't tried Stephen West's designs. Hope to see your shawl WIP soon!
