Royal Wedding knitting.......

I WOULD LOVE YOU TO LEAVE A COMMENT>

sorry. I had to. Its EVERYWHERE. Even on ETSY.

WildSeaDesign's knitted golden tiara, (ETSY.com)

I was a bit under the weather today, so I viewed more Television than normal. I dont' mind the Royal craziness. It beats coverage of mass murders, corporate cheating and gas prices. I've been knitting more TOAST fingerless mitts. I am using a patterning yarn with a decent sts/inch ratio.

The last pair of fingerless I made are mine mine mine. I love to pull them up high on my hands. That is something I can't do with a thumb knitted into the design. This will be a gifty pair.

I wonder if Kate the Bride will wear fingerless? My favorite part of the wedding watch, will be all the Kings horses. I Love horses. What will you knit during the Royal Wedding? (Grace, what TEA is appropriate for the big event?????)

I won't see any of the wedding thank goodness. I'll be in a knitting machine seminar all day. It starts at 4 am so people will have to get up early.

I would go with English Breakfast for the morning events and then switch over to Earl Grey or Darjeeling as the day progesses!!! If I had seen the crown earlier I may have tried to knit one, maybe I can find a big floppy sunhat tomorrow and add some knitted flowers HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

I love the Royal craziness and will record the event during the early morning hours so I can watch it several times! We all knew I'm weird anyway so I confess to being a Royal watcher!

Hope you feel better soon. Family in Chicago are begging us to send some sunshine (and 85 degree temps)in a bottle. If I can get it together I'll send you some.

MJ's a royal watcher, so she'll schedule her commute to work after the kiss and whatever comes next...

Sissy would love a crown, but we're still trying to keep her in check from the whole Best in Show stuff.

My girls and i will be glued to the event. I'll be making tiaras tomorrow as well! The girls are dressing as princesses. Can't wait.

Ps - don't worry, I'll have a Royal Wedding post (London perspective!)
