Wasp nest in the kitchen wall

We knew we had some wasp issues a few years ago. We hired a man to come and get rid of them. Yesterday during deconstruction, I'll call it, we found the nest. Amazing. Have you ever found a nest in your walls????

No and I hope I never do. I'm sure you're glad they were all gone when the wall was opened.

We get them in the attic. We get them outside in the eaves and under the soffets.

This year many many wasps came into the basement when it was time to die in the fall. Haven't found their nest yet. Maybe in the walls? Great. :-(

Not.Cool. Sometimes, ignorance is bliss!

(I'm thinking of the snakeskin the Knight found when the last big, WET snow pulled a span of gutters off the house...)

we had honeybees in the wall once in our house, the honey actually seeped through the sheetrock and you could hear the constant buzz.

This has me wondering what is in our attic! I don't want to know!

We had a big round globe of wasps at the part of the roof that comes to a point. Very creepy!
