Confetti sock blooming

Confetti sock is blooming before the peonies this year. This is one of two remaining bushes from the house when we bought it 25 years ago. I put the chair out for trash, and then decided to let it prop the peony bush this spring. Alley gardening I call it. I have to plant some more things for alley art as the season progresses. .......

Thoughts while knitting confetti socks:

I'm going back to my round toe finish for this one...maybe.
These are going to be comfortable to wear.
Why dont' my feet fight wool?
Thank goodness I can wear wool somewhere and enjoy it.
What was I thinking telling my swap pal that I don't want any more sock yarn. ??????
How am I going to keep the sock image posts interesting ?

I'll talk to you in the comments. :)

Socks are always interesting!
Isn't it funny what we think about when we're knitting?

LOL! You can always trade your sock yarn for a different kind :-)

I love the alley gardening, and I'm glad you didn't throw the chair away. Had friends once who planted an old toilet full of nastursiums in their front yard!

Love the alley gardening. We have a neighbor who planted a flower "bed". She actually took an old white iron bed, buried the legs of the head board and foot in the ground and planted flowers in the middle. I think it's priceless. I'll have to take a picture and put it on my blog for everyone to see. I also think you do a pretty good job showing off your knitting with oh so many props!

Now if you could just breed a knitting plant think of how rich and famous you'd be.

What a cool idea for a planter. I need a plant that produces yarn in my yard!

The alley art is great and Confetti sock looks good hanging out in the peonies!

No more sock yarn?? I can't believe anyone has ever uttered those words--"No-more-sock-yarn." I can never get enough!

Be sure to post pictures of the blooms and by the way the alley art is perfect for peonies.
Love your alley art idea for the peonies. I wish I had a chair now for mine. I've got one bush in the front yarn and I'll be looking over those yard sales (or road side trash, lol) for next year. And I see you grow your socks in bushes like I do. Yummy.
