Saturday musings

Ravelry has an article about photography. One suggestion is to shoot yarn as landscape. This is Araucania Nature Cotton for my mitred square baby throw. Do you see complaining about seaming in the distance.........on the horizon.....

I'll end the Wee Tiny Bite week with a wee tiny red velvet cake and icecream dessert. I am going to keep on with Wee Tiny Bite Diet but it won't be a Irisheyes running theme. There is a certain, reader guilt I feel when I am reading someone else's diet success. I'm thrilled for the person but I only feel guilty that I'm not doing anything about my own diet/lifestyle. So thanks for the support; i'll let you know when I give it up okay?

what's on your horizon?

Hmmm....wee tiny bites does not make me happy. But for ice cream it is too cold. So I'll make myself a double coffee I guess and knit a bit, everyone is asleep now and I have to wait until my dh comes home.
Tomorrow is Marathon day in Rotterdam and I am glad that dh changed shifts, he is free tomorrow! And for the rest, I have some finising to do in knitting... almost done with a sweater for Wietse, and some mittens.

Is the Araucania Nature Cotton as soft as it looks? If so that may be on my horizon. I'm into soft yarns lately.

Wee little bites is a great idea. I hope it's working for you. And I plan to employ that strategy on a pint of ice cream later!

a haircut tomorrow afternoon is on my horizon and hopefully starting some new knitting projects. Another project I want to play with is decorating tins with tea themed scrapbook paper if there is such a thing to put my flavored loose teas in so a trip to Michaels will be in order!

I really messed up the Hemlock throw. I guess I can't read knitstructions!

A son in the ice cream business? Can I come live with you?
