Magical Match

Anyone who reads this blog will know I could not have planned for these socks to match. I'm was all smiles when I noticed how they'd knit up. I started with one skein, knit all the way through it, which took me midway through the second sock. Then I started the second skein. I think this is a knitting miracle. There is probably a mathematical or some other explanation for this. If there is, don't tell me. I want to believe it was a Christmas Lorna Lace miracle.

That's just amazing. How clever! I have just bought some dpns size 3.75mm and I am trying them out on this cupcake before I attempt that teddy!!

I am about half way through and although it wasn't easy to start with I am getting on quite well. The lady in our local craft shop has been very helpful. She actually GAVE me the four needles as they were different lengths!
Love the dog too... even though I am really a cat person! All the best. Merry 6.05pm UK time!
Definitely a christmas miracle. They look great!

A miracle indeed! I love them. How to start on Ravelry? Well, one way is to go to the forums page and click on radar. This will show you each post to a group as it is sent--when you see something the interests you, go find the group and read some posts to see whether it's a community you'd like to join. Or type in the name of a yarn you like on the yarns page and then follow the links to see what people have made with it ... I just started by doing a lot of poking around. Enjoy! And "friend" me when you're online and have a minute ....
