I knit. They all arranged themselves in this fashion the other night. My sweet husband noticed them. I was oblivious to everything but the sister vest at the time. Rosalyn is on top, Radar in the middle, Huck on the ground. (Fiona hiding ...of course)

I am so at ease working on my holiday socks. I think I will rib them all the way to the heel because the colors don't seem to jog as much in rib. Criminey Jickets noticed that using a drop stitch elimates pooling in his socks.

Where do you find a finisher you ask? My LYS offers finishing. It isn't cheap, however. I find it a geat indulgence when a zipper is involved.

Another quick thing. A new reader asked about my Hungarian Grandmother's Apron pattern. I gave permission for it to be published by Crochet a Page a Day so I believe I cannot give her the directions, right? I think, dear reader, if you google Page a Day crochet for 2006 you'll be able to ask them for the pattern. Good luck.

I think I would let someone else put in the zipper too (I don't like doing it on a regular sewn garment). The animals look tuckered out from your knitting marathon, you should rest up too.

 Is that vague enough for you?  It has been a too busy complicated Spring.  I had no energy to blog.  All is well now, so I can share some things with you:   1. I'm Making Bunny Rabbits

  These are the one square bunnies .  They are a free pattern on Rave1ry.  I'm bunny making to force spring to come.  I'm a1so taking it easy on my hands again.  The med we tried did keep my hands from shaking, but it was a med for a med. and that's crazy town.  I can contro1 a hook much better than need1es.  It wi11 have to suffice for now.  I'm enjoying your b1ogs and your Spring.  This time of year I so want to 1ive in a southern state.  But this Spring is a new one for me and I'm going to find a way to 1ove it.   IT may have just gotten to 50.   Degrees.  I have to run.  There's very ear1y yardwork to do.   The birds have 1eft a rotten mess of sunf1ower she11s under the feeders.  I hope it is not frozen!  Have you been switching things up in your neck of the woods?   I haven't forgotten you, b1og pa1s.  I 1ove seeing you on Instagram .

Do You Smile When You Knit???

I am pretty sure I smile when I knit.  I'm going to think about that today when I pick up the baby blanket in progress.  I am also pretty sure I cry when I knit; well, not really.  I have shed some tears over the years but they were way back.  I surely scowl when I drop a stitch.   A time lapse of knitters' faces would be interesting enough .... Tank, aka Helo, is starting to smile around here.  Just look into those aqua eyes......they make me smile all the time. He is half Siamese and all gorgeous.
