I'm going to have to give up potty breaks....

I believe this is the only existing outhouse in my town. It is authenic. What with the temps going into the low 40s tonight , I think about how COLD it must have been in the old days. I'm sure I would have been curtailing my liquid intake if I had lived on the farm way back.

If I don't get moving faster on my sister's sweater, I may be cutting out all breaks, from knitting. I have 20 days left. Now, there is no finsihing on a topdown raglan (oh how I love no finishing), but I have a good sleeve and a half to go. Deadline knitting, is it good or bad?

Yeah. Back in the day...they were not worried about hydrating constantly.
It's no wonder ;o)

Deadline knitting is great. How can you do other things that seem needing attention when you HAVE to knit ?

Yikes, here's hoping it doesn't come to cutting out potty breaks!! Not pleasant!! :)

For me, deadline knitting is great. I always work best under pressure. If I have too much time, I will procrastinate every time.

Yikes! They must have had really cold tushies in the old days! Thank heavens for modern conveniences!

Deadline knitting has its good and bad points. If you are realistic, a deadline can definitely spur you on. If you push too hard, though, a deadline can be an excuse to give up... It has led to the occasional UFO, but most of the time deadlines have worked well for me.

People have been known to take their knitting on their potty breaks. Or at least pretend to be on a potty break while they knit in private without interruption. (Not that I would ever do such a thing.)
