Knitting from the Top Down

Does this look a bit familiar? Barbara Walker is actually wearing her's while she knits it, for the cover of her Knitting from the Top Down Book. This is my tried and true sweater pattern. A gift for my sister. Im using Jaeger Extra Fine Merino. Did I tell you I'm using my Bryson Bryflex needles too? They are my very favorite circulars.

Hoping my dishrag team GOING THE DISHTANCE will pull ahead...........go team.

I've got to check this book out. Surprisingly I don't think I've ever seen it.

By the way, where are you standing?

Where did you find all that tall green grass. Nothing but brown around here. The sweater looks great!

I took the picture standing in front of my maiden grasses. I wanted a green look because the yarn has green flecks to it. I really try to make the photos a good part of the post. Sometimes I succeed!;

Love the grasses. Nothing grows that lush around here. Unless it has beaucoup thorns.

I knew I liked you for a reason. Knitting from the Top Down has always been my favorite method of knitting.
